Anchor Teams

Anchor Teams are just that: groups of athletes from all over that want to get stronger, and want to do it with other like-minded people.

Each team is led by an Anchor coach that brings their personal flavor to their team’s coaching and programming.

When you join you will be added to our private Discord community where each Team has it’s own private channel to see their programming each week, post their training videos for feedback, and commiserate with others that are working hard along with them.

  • This coaching is for lifters that want to progress with the structure and feedback of a coach and targeted programming in a group setting.

    You likely already know your way around your gym, and this type of coaching will amplify your work through the benefit of targeted programming and some feedback on your lifts.

    Lifters that succeed the most here do well with video and text feedback.

    You follow programming along with others on your team and get to see everyone’s feedback along the way. This is a huge benefit because you can integrate these coaching critiques to your own lifts.

  • After completing the checkout process you’ll receive an introduction email and link to join Anchor’s Discord and your Team’s private channel! There you will meet everyone working alongside you, your coach, and see that week’s programming to get started!

  • The first TEN athletes get to sign up at $60 per month!

    Also, once you sign up your rate won’t change as long as you don’t cancel it.

    After these initial ten athletes the rate goes to $75 per month, so decide very soon!

 
 

About the Coaches

Jovy Kim

Whether you’re new to the sport or have never set foot in a gym, Jovy’s got you.

His coaching specializes in muscle development through hypertrophy to help with your three mains lifts: squat, bench, and deadlift. His programming style is based on high volume off-season training, but still incorporates some volume along with high intensity through meet preps.

If you’re someone not interested in powerlifting and just want to better yourself, get stronger, and/or get in shape, Jovy’s programming still totally applies to you!

Expect constant feedback and nitpicking on your lifts and movements - we’re forever learning and getting better.
