About the Anchor Open Class
The “Open” class is simply a mixed-gender and age class (we will also offer women’s-only classes in Greensboro for those that prefer that setting, so join our mailing list in case this is where you will be most comfortable).
These classes meet 2 or 3 days per week for 60 or 90 minutes. Our coaches are there to provide you with all of your programming, as well as any movement tips and advice you need as you progress.
For 2-day-per-week variant classes, you also get an additional third day of programming to do on your own!
Each class is limited to 12 participants in our newly-renovated and outfitted facility near downtown Greensboro.
